Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of jeffquesos.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site is an informational and entertainment page for $JEFFQUESOS, a parody memecoin on the Solana blockchain. The token has no intrinsic value, no roadmap obligations, no promised utility, and no expectation of profit. It exists because cheese is funny.

2. Parody and non-affiliation

Jeff Quesos is a work of parody. The Site and the token are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Amazon.com, Inc., Jeff Bezos, Backed Finance AG, the xStocks brand, Raydium, Stonk, Jupiter, DexScreener, or any other person or company named or depicted on the Site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Likenesses are used for commentary and parody only.

3. No advice, no offer

Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or financial instrument in any jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to interact with any token, pool, or third-party service, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Third-party assets and services

$JEFFQUESOS is traded against AMZNx, a token issued by a third party that tracks Amazon.com shares. AMZNx has its own issuer, terms, eligibility rules, and risks. Read them before holding it. Wallets, launchpads, decentralised exchanges, aggregators, and chart providers linked from the Site are operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for what happens there. Links are provided for convenience only.

5. Risk

Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Liquidity can disappear. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. Never spend more than you can afford to lose. Always verify a contract address against the one posted by the official X account before you buy; anyone can create a token with a similar name.

6. Contract addresses

The only official contract address is the one shown on the Site and posted by the official X account, @JeffQuesosAMZN. We are not responsible for losses caused by counterfeit tokens, phishing pages, or impersonation accounts.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to break any law, to attack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site or its hosting, or to impersonate the project. We may restrict access at any time for any reason.

8. Intellectual property

Original artwork, copy, and code on the Site belong to the project unless stated otherwise. You may share screenshots and links freely for non-commercial purposes. Please do not present our artwork as your own or use it to promote another token.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project and anyone involved in it will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Site, the token, or any linked service, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

10. Changes

We may change these terms at any time by updating this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
